Crow pose, tripod headstand, the building blocks. You don't need experience. You just need to show up.Then Annis Singer Song Writer and Yoga Teacher, takes over. A high energy Vinyasa class with those hand balance poses woven directly into the flow. The kind of session that reminds you what your body is actually capable of.Then food. Delicious food made in-house. Mini frittata, burrata, roast veg, cumin roasted butternut squash, homemade energy balls, Greek yoghurt pots, lemon and mint water.Then Annis plays live while you eat.Every place comes with a merch bag, a hand balance strength progression guide, and a personal log sheet to track where you go from here.What's included:?
